Whether you are already employed as a dental assistant or not, there is a training option to suit you – classroom training, distance learning, recognition or gap training.
Certificate courses are competency-based qualifications within the Nationally Recognised Training framework that have been developed to meet the requirements and standards of a particular industry, and acknowledge that people can gain skills and knowledge whether they sit in a classroom or learn on the job.
Employing dentists may be eligible for incentives of up to $4,000 when enrolling a new dental assistant in Certificate courses. They will also benefit by reduced enrolment fees.
