Historically dental assistants have been trained by their employing dentist but Pacific Smiles Staffing Solutions has developed a range of training options that provides greater flexibility and accessibility to high-quality training.
Where participants are employed as dental assistants, our trainers and assessors will provide on-going support throughout the training to both participants and their employers.
Classroom Training: Training is conducted as an intense 4-week program with approximately 60% of the training being hands-on.
Distance Learning: Training is undertaken at a participant’s own pace from anywhere within Australia.
Recognition: For dental assistants who have learnt on the job and would like to receive this qualification by providing evidence that demonstrates their skills and knowledge.
Gap Training: For dental assistants who only need one or several units to complete the qualification.
